Duration of Data Processing:

– In accordance with the statement accepted by the Conducting Masterclass participant, personal data is stored and processed exclusively under the conditions specified by the Conducting Masterclass and for the necessary duration. The data processed includes surname, first name, birth data, address, qualification and training data, image, and all data submitted by the applicant during the application process.
– In line with the payment of the participation fee, the contractor’s data is stored for 8 years based on Section 169 (2) of the Accounting Act.
– The Data Controller will delete the data of applicants who are not selected for the Conducting Masterclass within 60 days after the professional jury meeting that decides on participation.
– For the operation of our website, we process the visitor’s IP address and cookies to protect the data of the Data Controller’s website and its users, and to ensure the efficient operation of the website or provide web services and functions.
